As we come to the close of 2013 this is the perfect time for reflection on the past year and contemplation of your goals for 2014. Take time to review what has worked well for you this year and maybe what hasn’t worked so well, so that you can arm yourself with the tools you need to succeed in the coming year. According to an article in the Journal of Clinical Psychology, between 45 and 62% of us make resolutions each year, and of those, roughly between 40 and 75% will have to do with health and well-being. ‘Unexpected Women’ Book
There are always people around us to provide us with inspiration and the motivation to succeed at our goals. We know some amazing women, so we have put together a book of their inspiring stories for you to read. ‘Unexpected Women’ is about women who have followed paths into areas in which females are not in great numbers. These women demonstrate the ability to overcome any challenge with resilience and the motivation to succeed. The ‘Unexpected Women’ book will be officially launched in January 2014 but we have made advance copies available to our Xplore community. Executive Women’s Forums
If you have attended our Xplore Senior Resiliency program then you will benefit from our new Executive Women’s Forums, starting in Sydney in February 2014. The objective is to provide executive women, aspiring to achieve a C-Suite or equivalent position, a small group discussion environment on key topics that influence their leadership and career progression.
